About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

1st visit to china. Required Z visa

I have offer letter and invitation ketter from Chinese company (wuhan wayo pharmaceutical company). How to apply for visa and how much i should pay.

You should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, and a work permit from your employer. Next, submit the application to the CVASC to apply for work Z type. Usually, you need to pay 3,900rupees per person for that.

Is it possible / correct to enter china with tourist visa and then my employer will take care of work permit. Is this possible / correct.

If not i will demand for work permit.

That's possible. But the result cannot be guaranteed. If you can get the work permit, you are advised to do it before you go to China.
