Guangzhou - Shenzhen - Hong Kong

Hi,
Singapore - Guangzhou on 08 Oct
Guangzhou - Shenzhen (by train or car) on 09 Oct
Shenzhen - Hong Kong (by train or car) on 11 Oct
UK Passport holder.
Is this eligible for the 72 hours free transit?

Sorry, travel by ground to Hong Kong requires an (L) visa
