what documents i have to prepare for extend tourist visa?

I want to extend my visa, it now is type L double entry for 60 days, now i have boyfriend working in china, he is foreigner what kind of documents that we have to prepare?

You may need to provide your passport, the completed application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, registration form of temporary residence, accommodation arrangement or the invitation letter from your boyfriend, and the return ticket. Just for reference.
