Is it possible for your parent to apply a student visa for you ???

For an instant am working in South Africa and l‘’m going for eye operation on 28 August ...but l want my parents to apply for me .Is it possible???

You can entrust your parent to submit the application on your behalf to the consulate general where your living area belongs to if you cannot do that in person.
