Which Shanghai to Zhoushan bus is best?

I heard there are public buses from Shanghai South, and a tourist bus from Nanpu Bridge. Which bus is more comfortable? Do they both have reclining seats & on-board toilet? Are there VIP seats available?

Should I book in advance, for September? Is there a website with more information?
