Hello. I have a 19 hour (arrival to departure) layover in Shanghai

and I'd like to visit the city while also getting some rest. What is the best area for a hotel that is convenient to get to both the airport and city? Also, we arrive at 1:10 am and leave at 8:30 pm the same day. Any suggestions for places to see? Thanks for your help.
