x1 visa. i got full scholarship program from one of the chinese university.

Question

I applied for x1 and got the visa. But, university is asking for 8000 RMB deposit now. And , I concluded  to cancel  to study in that university. Can I go to China personally and study in other fully funded colleges in that same x1.

I'm afraid you cannot do that, because your current X1 type is applied based on the current school. You can contact the China embassy to inquire if you can do that.
