work visa medical examination

What kind of documents I need for  working visa  and where I am supposed to do my medical examination?I already got my my contract  paper from China.

You should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, and a work permit from your employer. I don't think you need to do medical examination for that. You can contact the China embassy to confirm.
