is a medical examination required for S2 china visa for Pakistanis?

I have got offer letter from a university in china. I want to shift my wife as well. But my wife has HCV antibodies test reactive and HCV PCR negative. It make a problem?

Thank you, but the university person told me that we cannot process for your wife visa based on this unfit certificate. My Wife,s Anti-HCV is Positive (Nonreactive) also we done PCR which is negative. But still the doctor in pakistan stamped unfit
