Will my health improve? DOB: 10-15-90

I would like to know if my health will improve this year? I'm trying my best with out good results for the past year!

To be honest, in 2018, you should pay more attention to your health. It is easy for you to get hurt this year. Regular exercise is very important. I am suffering pain from poor health this year and I keep running after supper. Now it gets better and better. I believe you can also do it. Best wishes to you.
