About:Beijing Great Wall

My sister and I plan on going the the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall

but the forecast says there maybe light rain when we go, does the section of the great wall close due to bad weather?

Yes, it does. So paying close attention to the weather forecast is very necessary. Except Mytianyu, there are other nice sections that you can go to visit.
