Hi. I am a Philippine passport holder who will be on a cruise with my mother (US passport holder) from shanghai to japan and back to shanghai. Will arrive in shanghai by plane at 10:00 am then to shanghai port for the cruise that will leave at 4:00 pm on the same day. Cruise will end at shanghai at 7:00 am and my flight to Philippines at 6:00 pm on the same day. Please advise if qualified for a transit free.
