Will I be able to ride the Maglev train and get a discount if I'll purchase the ticket the day before my flight, around 8PM or 9PM? Thanks!

I’m afraid you can’t get a discount. According to the information on the official website, only single trip ticket by presenting air-ticket of the same day can enjoy the discount.If you have the local transportation card, you can enjoy 80% discount.
