About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do i need a transit visa ? hi, I'm a Syrian national holding a Chinese residence permit

and I have a flight from HK to Germany. Do I need entry permit to go to the HK airport if I exit from china-Shenzhen?

Yes, you should apply for a visa for the layover in HK.
