About:China Customs Declaration

Food products to China because of food allergies

I have several food allergies (e.g. soy bean, corn, milk). Is it possible to take some food with me (e.g. rice cakes which contains only rice, small tuna cans, instant coffee, rice flakes)? Do I need to declare them?
