About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Spouse Visa Renewal Requirements

What documents do i need to renew my spouse permit? I and the chinese husband are no longer together.

If you get divorced, I'm afraid you cannot do the renewal because the marriage certificate would be required during the processing.
