s2 visa extension requirement

Good day.We're here in China na po. We're going to extend our s2 visa. All the certificate were authenticated (red ribbon) in Ph and also authenticated here. My old visas were extended however there I this new requirement needed. Proof of family relationship required certification of the consulate of China in the Philippines. How to get this? We're already here.

To extend S2 type at the local PSB within mainland China, you need to provide passport, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from your inviter and copy of the inviter's passport and Chinese residence permit, as well as your relationship certificate and others. And then go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for the extension. Just for reference.
