What do you mean non stop :s
I’m flying to shanghai from Hong Kong on a Thursday, and returning to Macau on Saturday, I’m still eligible for transit visa right?

It means you cannot stop in other cities when you fly from HK to SH and SH to Macau. If your flight is non-stop, there is no problem.
