About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am flying into Shanghai Pudong airport on a Sunday afternoon

I’m having a hard time getting information, are there Bank of China kiosks open on Sundays for currency exchange?

Yes, the Bank of China is located between Gate 8 and Gate 9 in the Arrivals Hall and it opens from 07:00-19:30. You can exchange some money there.
