X1 visa and travelling abroad

Hello! Could you tell me please, can I travel abroad with a visa of the X1 type?

All students are required to obtain Temporary Residency Permit at the entrance to China for the first time?

Yes, you can travel abroad with a visa of the X1 type. Only the students holding X1 type need to apply for the Chinese residence permit at the entrance to China for the first time.
