If your Q2 type has single entry, it will be invalid automatically after you exit from mainland China. If you want to re-enter China, you need to apply for a new visa.

@Solomon does that mean . My single entry from the veryy first visa they issued here in Philippines?? Coz it says single entry .. or should I look on the new one where it don't have anything written about how many entries I have .. my entry permit has been extended twice. Originally my visa is November 2017 to jan2018 then I extended again April .. now I have till 2019 but on the new entry permit there's nothing written about how many times I can enter ..but my first visa Nov 2017 to January 2018 visa said entries 1 ? Does it mean I should follow the old visa to look how many times I can enter ? Thanks for answering

Always consult your old visa and not visa extensions. If on it says entries as "1" then it is no longer valid.
