Lithuanian looking for Chinese Visa info

I am from Lithuania and live in Lithuania. I would like a long term Chinese visa, what is the longest one I can get? Exclude student X.
What is the difference between business M and tourist L? Can I apply for 1 year tourist L multiple entry? What are the procedures?

You can try to apply for one year or more multiple entries tourist L type. First, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the China embassy.
