Can I apply for Chinese Business M in Hanoi ? If yes what kind of documents I need ? Thank you!

It's possible to apply for M type from there. You should prepare a filled-out application form affixed with 1 passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, valid visa in there, and dispatch letter from your company and an invitation letter from your business partner in mainland China.
