About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

We fly from London to Shanghai in November, stay two nights

and then pick up the cruise travelling tO Dubai, are we ok with the 15 day free visa and if so, how can we apply for this in advance please?

Yes, you are and a qualified foreign tourist group must contain at least two members and you need to book a tour with the local Chinese travel agency at least 24 hours before arrival.
