what are the requirements to teach in Chinaif I am from Colombia?Don't I qualify If I don't have a passport from an English speaking country?What if I get a degree from an English speaking country?

You should apply for a work Z type from the China embassy for that. You should prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, and a work permit from your employer.
