About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Shanghai Hongqiao to Pudong airport

Can we go directly from Hongqiao railway station to Pudong airport in line 2 of metro? How long it takes?

Although it is line 2, you should need to make a transfer at Guanglan Road. The line 2 from PVG to Guanglan Road is the east section of line 2. You need to change to the main line of line 2 at Guanglan Rd. and then continue to SHA

It takes about 2 hours. From Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, you need to take line 2 to Guanglan Rd, then change to east section of line 2 to get PVG. While there are also airport shuttle bus, you could take Line 1 of the shuttle bus, which will take you from Hongqiao to Pudong airport directly.
