I would like a Visa that allows me to live in China with my girlfriend for 1 or 2 years and I would like to possibly get work over there.Is there such a Visa? Does China recognize DeFacto relationships for entry permit purposes and what evidence do we need to provide to prove this relationship?

You can apply for one year or more tourist L type with multiple entries from the CVASC in your country to stay with your girlfriend in mainland China.
