Driver's license in China for Malaysia driver's license

My Chinese driver's license has been notarized in China, not double certification. Can I do double certification at the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia? Detailed address for certification.

If you want to use your Chinese driver's license in Malaysia, I think you need to get it notarized from the Malaysia embassy in China rather than Chinese Embassy in Malaysia.
