Who has Tunisian nationality needs China transit visa?

Hello!

I'm Tunisian and I'll go to South Korea with layover in Beijing, China(13hrs).
During 13hrs, I wanna go out from the airport and look around.
Then do I need to apply visa in advance? or Is it available to stay in Beijing during 13hrs without visa?

If anybody answer me, I'll appreciate it.
