Transfer between Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 at Guangzhou Airport

I arrive into Terminal 2 on China southern from Delhi and then fly on with ANA from Terminal 1 to Tokyo. Can I follow the signs for international transfer or do I need to exit the terminal and take a bus / train to the other terminal? I only have 2 hours....
