About:Beijing Bicycle

My niece is in Beijing study at Foreigner languages university

Can you please let me know where she can go to apply for a card to rent a public bike!?
Apparently she saw bikes around the university but she was told that only Beijing people with ID Card can rent
Please advise

Hi, she can apply for a card according to the residence permit for foreigners in various public bicycle service centers.
