Student visa and travelling with spouse

Hi, I have received JW201 and the admission notice for PhD studies. I wish to bring my wife along with me. What Visa should she apply and what are the supporting documents she need.

She can try to apply for S type, and she needs to provide passport and the copy, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter and copy of your passport, as well as your marriage certificate and other requirements.
