Work visa Z or R question

I am looking at both these visas and they appear exactly the same and I'm wondering what constitutes "Talent" for the R application. Are there any other requirements such as work experience that you need? I don't see anything in the applications about this. I'm a doctor, but not medical doctor, and wondering if this satisfies the R requirement.
