How do I renew and increase my length of stay in China?

I am issued with a Chinese visa category C on 15 Jan for 3 months. I am given 1 entry and duration of stay on that 1 entry is 7 days. However, I am approaching the 7th day in China and need to extend for another 7 days. How do I extend my number of days for another 7 days. Thank you in advance and looking forward to hear from you.

You need to submit a letter from your employee explaining why you need to stay in China for more days, to the nearest entry and exit administration office to extend the duration of stay.
