About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hrs visa free - Eligible?

Flight from Malaysia > Beijing (6 hrs layover) > NY, USA - are we qualified for the 24 hrs free transit?
Then going back from NY, USA > Beijing (11 hrs layover) > Malaysia - are we qualified for the 24 hrs free transit?

Thank you for the clarification. Where you work or a resident of does not matter. Passport determines eligibility. Philippine passport holder can use 24 hour TWOW. Malaysian passport holder cannot
