How can I change my business visa to student x2 ?

Hello , I'm Mimi from Morocco but I'm currently in Beijing , I have business M that will expire in the 6th of September and I want to change it to student X , I already bought JW paper from a university and I went to Hong Kong to apply for the student X but my Visa got rejected ( already a lot of people there application got rejected in Hong Kong ) so now I don't know if I can go to Korea to apply again , can anyone help me with an advice.
