I want to take the train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for the day. can I use this 72-hour twov for Shenzhen?

It doesn't exist a 72h twov in Shenzhen.There's a 5 days VOA for Shenzhen but the price for US citizens is as high as a 10 years visa.
