My older sister is a Water Dragon born in 1952

I am concerned for my sister.
She has just been diagnosed with a serious lung disease.
She told me last year she had a premonition that she would get seriously ill & die after a short illness in her 60’s.
She is a Leo & has a fighting spirit.
Will she survive this illness or will her premonition become true?
