About:Chinese Embassy in Lebanon

Visa Application papers -confusion

Good morning,
Please advice where should i apply for the visa, in the Chinese embassy In Ramlet el Bayda or in Concorde center, Verdun?

Hi, as I know, if you hold ordinary passport in Lebanon, you need to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Center in Beirut.
