Inquiry about criminal record in Japan

I am a Ghanaian national currently living in Japan. I am applying for work permit in China through my prospective company based in China. As part of the requirements, I am supposed to submit a document of my criminal record in Japan from the Japanese police bureau. Do I have to send this criminal record document to the ministry of Foreign affairs-Japan for certification? Or the criminal record document issued by the Police is enough. Thank you

Hi, personally I think you need to send this criminal record document to the ministry of Foreign affairs-Japan for certification. If you doubt that, you can contact the certification office to inquire that.
