Marrying chinese

Hi my fiance already get his document with authenticated and notarized from chinese embassy and philippines embassy..i want to ask what is the next process?need to get legal capacity?but all documents already have stamp

If you want to get married in mainland China, after you prepare all the right documents and get them authenticated and notarized, you can register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau. You may also go to your country's embassy in PRC to get married.
