144 hours visa. Thank you

Hello!
I will be flying from HK to Shanghai. Stay 4 days in Shanghai and fly towards Kuala Lumpur.
Romanian citizen.
Do I need entry permit or the waiver is ok?

You can make use of 144h twov in Shanghai. No visa will be needed. Nice trip.

Yes as long as you flight to Kuala Lumpur does not stop in Hong Kong.
