About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Trip Barcelona Shanghai, Nagoya, Shanghai, Barcelona

I fly above trip, BCN to Shanghai to Nagoya will be with only stop over at the airport, stay in Japan 2 days, then on the way back I want to stop over 48 hrs in Shanghai before going back to Barcelona (via Munich).
Is this allowed

Barcelona > Shanghai > Japan is one transit without visa.
Japan > Shanghai > Munich is another transit without visa.
There is no limit as to how long you have to leave China to be eligible for another Transit.
