About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Cancelled train ticket online

Hi, I had collected the physical train ticket before cancelling it online by mistake. Is it still valid since I had not returned the physical copy for a refund

If you collect the paper one out already, it cannot be cancelled online anymore. Thus it is still valid. If you want to cancel it, you would need to do it at the station counter directly.
