can I get the L upon coming to China? Or I must start a visa process in my country?

Hello,

I'm wondering.. since my country recently announced we can visit China without entry permit (30 days)

If you want to apply for tourist L type for mainland China, you need to make the application from the China embassy in your country beforehand.

Serbians do not need an L to visit.
