Yes, from Grand Lapa Macau to Senado Square, walk about 400m you can take bus line 3 from Xiamen Street / Polytechnic to New Road / Wing Heng. From Rio Hotel, walk about 150m to take bus line 3 from Oriental arch to New Road / Wing Heng. The taxi fares are about 30 MOP and 25 MOP.
