Use the 144h TWOV twice during one trip

I know as a Swedish citizen I am eligible to apply for the 144h transfer free upon arrival to Beijing. My question is can you apply for this twov twice during one month? See below itinerary:

23/8 Stockholm- Beijing (Use 144h free transfer)

28/8 Beijing- Hong Kong

31/8 Hong Kong- Beijing (Use 144h twov 2nd time?)

5/9 Beijing - Sweden

Is this ok according to free transfer regulation?
