use the 144h twov twice during one trip

Question

I know as a Swedish citizen I am eligible to apply for the 144h transfer free upon arrival to Beijing. My question is can you apply for this twov twice during one month? See below itinerary:23/8 Stockholm- Beijing  (Use 144h free transfer)28/8 Beijing- Hong Kong31/8 Hong Kong- Beijing (Use 144h twov 2nd time?)5/9 Beijing - Sweden Is this ok according to free transfer regulation?Thank you for your reply.

Yes that is fine. Once you land in HK you are eligible for another TWOV. Technically you could stop in HK for 2 hours and still be eligible for another transit.
