Buy investment on real state

Hello,
I just recently made my reservation to purchase a real state investment by Bank finance, ,which I will have to pay for 15years. My birthday is June,24,1979.
I'm a female. Reading to above luck by month,
It was advise not to invest on real state as it may cause me money loss and buncruptcy.
Is there any chance for me if I can move the purchase of the real state by next year 2019.
