Arrive to China from the US on transit to Denpasar airport. Have a 3hr layover at Capital Airport.

Now I arrive at Terminal 3 and I understand have to go by bus to Terminal 2 for the final leg of my flight.
would I need to go through immigration and customs to switch terminals?
would I have to pick up my luggage and take it to the other terminal?
