About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

Philippine national applying for short term business visa while in China.

I am a Filipino national currently at China. I need to attend a engine shop trial and needs short term business M (3 days). Do I need to personally apply or I can send applications thru a courier?

I'm afraid you cannot make the application through a courier. You are supposed to submit the application in person. Or you can find someone else to help you do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
